THE RED HALL
A photo presentation on DVD of our
most famous secular building

THE RED HALL was built in the Elizabethan style in 1605 for a London grocer making his way in the world and the building has since had a chequered history, as a family home, a school for girls, the booking office for the town's railway station and as a community centre and museum. There have been attempts to pull it down but it is now owned and preserved by Bourne United Charities and is such a distinctive building that it is frequently painted and photographed. This disc has been compiled, designed and produced by Rex Needle, running time is thirty minutes with music accompaniment.
